The training was really awesome. It was an eye opener on ways we ladies can actually defend ourselves with ease and confidence. The training actually built my self-confidence ways I can stand my ground in the face of an assailant although the first thing we were taught was to flee from danger but if we find ourselves in a tight corner then I bet most of us with the training we were exposed to we can defend ourselves.
