Women Impacting Nigeria Foundation (WIN) is a female-run, not-for-profit organization dedicated to gender equality and empowerment of women. The Board of Directors and Executive Council oversee all activities of the organization. The Executive Council develop and delivers the organization’s strategy as approved by the Directors. The team is also responsible for identifying and recommending new opportunities; developing and implementing ideas; monitoring performance; allocating resources; and forging partnerships.
