Today marks the global launch of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, an urgent reminder that our voices, our actions, and our solidarity matter now more than ever.
Here in Nigeria, this call is especially critical. Too many girls remain vulnerable to violence, abduction, and exploitation. Too many families live with fear instead of peace. Too many children face barriers to education simply because their schools are not safe. We cannot look away. We cannot stay silent.
As this campaign begins, we raise our voices for every girl whose safety is threatened, every family fighting for protection, and every child who deserves to learn, grow, and dream without fear.
This is our collective call to the nation
- Protect our girls.
- Secure our schools.
- Defend their futures.
- End gender-based violence once and for all.
- Nigeria’s daughters deserve safety.
- Nigeria’s classrooms deserve peace.
- Nigeria’s future depends on action.
You can be part of the change. Find out how you can take action.
