Women Impacting Nigeria is pleased to announce that our organization has been awarded the Most Empowering SDG Organization award for the year 2023. This NGO honor was awarded by Acquisition International in recognition of WIN’s contribution towards achieving the 2030 SDG Agenda.
Set forward by the United Nations (UN) in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) are a collection of 17 global goals aimed at improving the planet and the quality of human life around the world by the year 2030.
Over the years, WIN has contributed directly to helping Nigeria achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. With the belief that gender equality is central to the achievement of the other SDGs, WIN continues to champion the cause for women and girls in Nigeria.
WIN is pleased to achieve this milestone and we remain committed to making the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals a reality
