The Tech Sis Initiative is a key pillar of WIN that is aimed at upscaling women with tech skills. This initiative aims to significantly reduce the gender gap in technology and employment in Nigeria.

Tech Sis is an immersive program that gives you the head start to get a job in tech. This is because this program provides internship and employment opportunities at the end of the training.

The program features mentoring, peer-to-peer critiques, and challenging projects. Successful completion of the program grants women job placements.
