WIN recognizes that soft skills are an essential part of improving a woman’s
income earning ability and to further her career. Overall, soft skills enable women’s productive outcomes in the workforce.

WIN’s soft skills training is targeted at career women to enable them acquire soft skills, improve their employability, boost their careers and improve their lives in general.

WIN wants women to lead, participate in government systems, have decent livelihood, income security, and economic autonomy.

This training utilizes both physical and online mediums to empower women with relevant soft skills. This initiative of WIN is implemented along with a leading soft skills partner organization. Our soft skills training has trained over 1000 women in the last year alone, and plans to double this number in 2023.
