Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) is a female led not for profit organization dedicated to gender equality and empowerment of women founded by Tope Imasekha.

We believe that women’s humans right, women empowerment and gender equality is critical to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are committed to ensuring that women and girls are given equal access to health services and reduction in neonatal and maternal deaths. Therefore we seek to make the vision of the SDG a reality for women and girls in Nigeria through education, healthcare, skills development and community participation. We want women to lead, participate in government systems, have decent livelihood, income security, and economic autonomy and live free from violence.

WIN is committed to the pursuit of excellence, with women and children at the heart of everything we do. I am particularly passionate about seeing all women and girls live a life free from violence and discrimination. We offer impact-orientated and community centered solutions and programs.

Part of our strategy to achieve our aim is by working closely with organizations to develop collaborative tools and opportunities for all women and girls.

We are unable to achieve this great feat on our own without the assistance from partners and sponsors. We welcome you to partner with us, together we can make a tremendous impact in the lives of women and children across Nigeria. Our priority remains to provide a world were women live in safe, sustainable environments and possess the tools required to provide a better life for themselves, their families and communities

At WIN, we are focused on ensuring the health and safety of our employees, partners, donors as well as business continuity.

As reflected in our mission, WIN is dedicated to helping the government respond to COVID-19 and the immediate needs of its citizens.
